Features

• Sensor head using a high sensitivity piezo-electric element obtains only the vibration of the purpose.
  • To prevent the error margin because of an unnecessary vibration of the main body of the press, a special bracket that gave the vibration insulation measures was prepared in Sensor head.
• The detection object is not chosen even if it is the severe condition of press site under because the detecting scheme detects the vibration unlike past light and magnetism.
• It succeeds in miniaturizing the amplifier. It is easy to install it in a horizontal side of Malfunction detector made of our company (PS series).
• It is possible to use it widely as Sensor head is installed in the saucer of the taking out device used when the upper type disbursement is done.
